15 Dumplings with the following filling options: pork and cabbage, pork and chives, chicken and cabbage, or chicken with corn and cabbage.

Cooking Instructions:

Boiled

  • Fill a pot 2/3 full with water and bring to a boil.
  • Add dumplings and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir gently a few times to prevent sticking (do not overstir).
  • Add 150 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, and repeat this step three times.

Pan-Fry

  • Heat pan to medium high heat
  • Add 1 tsp of cooking oil
  • Add the dumplings
  • Pan fry for 1 minute
  • Add 150ml of water
  • Cover until all the water evaporates
  • Done.

Ingredients:

Skin: flour, salt, water.

Fillings:

Pork and Cabbage: Pork, cabbage, scallions, ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, five-spice powder, white pepper powder, water, chicken stock powder.

Allergens: Gluten, Soy, Sesame.

Chicken and Cabbage: Chicken, cabbage, carrot, scallions, ginger, salt, white pepper powder, water, sugar, chicken stock powder.

Allergens: Gluten, Soy, Sesame.

Chicken and Corn: Chicken, corn, scallions, ginger, salt, white pepper powder, water, sugar, chicken stock powder.

Allergens: Gluten, Soy, Sesame.
