Crispy Chinese flatbread made with layers of dough and chopped scallions.

Cooking Instructions:

Pan-Fry

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
  • When oil is hot, add the pancake.
  • Cook until golden brown on one side, flip, and repeat.

Ingredients:

Flour, water, oil, scallions, sugar, yeast powder
